Why Add Services With Deposits

You can use the example product or Provide

For each product or service, have the following information ready:

• Name/Title
• Long Description
• Short Description
• Price
• Images
• Inventory
• Sizes, colors, options, or other applicable details

Sending More Products? Check your email for the Product Information Request previously sent by Cibigi for instructions on submitting additional products and images.

Services can be configured to require an online deposit.

Service Price → Required Deposit → Remaining Balance

The customer pays the required deposit online, while the remaining balance can be invoiced separately.

Important: Clearly state whether the deposit is refundable or non-refundable.

Banner 1 — Header

Size: 1900 × 525px

The same banner can be used for desktop and mobile.

The same banner design can be used for the Mobile and Desktop locations.

Mobile — Dashboard Name: Banner 1-1 Top Header Mobile Edit/Change

How to upload top header mobile banner. Drag your mouse cursor over the top bar and click the Gear/Edit icon. Then click Style → Background Image → Upload. Click Upload again and select the banner design you want to use.

Desktop — Dashboard Name: Banner 1-2 Under Header Desktop – Edit/Change

To change a banner: Find the exact name in your dashboard and click the icon under the name to edit or replace the image.

Size: 1200 × 1200px

The Square Slider contains 3 rotating banners.

Cibigi recommends 2.84745964 as a pricing conversion guideline to help account for currency conversion and payment-related differences.

7. Accept Payments & Receive Your Payouts

Your Cibigi Showcase Online Store / Website allows customers to purchase eligible products and services using debit and credit cards through CiBS Pay.

How Customer Payments Work

At checkout, customers select debit or credit card payment, choose their billing country, enter their card details, and complete payment in USD. Their bank may apply currency conversion or other fees.

Eligible purchases are covered by the applicable terms of the Cibigi – Click It, Buy It, Get It™ Guarantee.

Your Commerce Service Fee

Your standard subscription has a Commerce Service Fee of 12% + US$0.30 per successful sale.

Keep this fee in mind when setting your product and service prices.

Cibigi offers flexible service arrangements to accommodate different business needs. Depending on your subscription and agreed service arrangement, Commerce Service Fees may range from 12% + US$0.30 to 20% + US$0.60 per successful sale. Businesses seeking to reduce or eliminate recurring subscription payments may contact Cibigi to discuss available options, subject to approval.

When Will You Get Paid?

Cibigi offers the following payout arrangements, subject to eligibility and confirmation:

• Standard Payout: Scheduled between the 10th and 13th of each month.
• Twice-Monthly Payout: For approved businesses, scheduled around the 13th and 28th of each month.

The twice-monthly arrangement can provide more frequent access to eligible earnings and help you manage your business cash flow.

Please note: Scheduled payout dates are not guaranteed bank-arrival dates. Payment settlement, order verification, bank processing times, weekends, and public holidays may affect when funds become available. Cibigi will confirm your approved payout arrangement and any applicable requirements.

Delivery & Pickup Verification

A photo of every item sold must be taken at the time of customer delivery or pickup.

Additional proof of fulfilment, such as shipment tracking information where applicable, may be required to verify an order before its funds are released. Missing or incomplete verification may delay a payout.

Set Up Your Payouts

After handover, Cibigi will guide you through the payout setup process. We will request the banking details or authorized transfer information needed to send eligible earnings to your designated bank account, explain the available transfer method, and confirm your payout arrangement.
