5. Site Ownership, Domain Ownership, and or Nameservers Update.

You are the complete owner of the domain you transfer and the site you migrate to us.

Although you might need to transfer your domain to us and migrate your website to Cibigi hosting services, you remain the complete owner of the domain you transfer, and the site you migrate to us.

Migrating your website to us gives us the control we need to be able to optimize and secure your site.

6. Cibigi - Domain Management Services & Domain Renewal.

Cibigi hosting team keeps your domain up to date, stable, and secure, to ensure your site or Cibigi Showcase online store/website stays fully accessible.

The Plan must be active for a minimum of 12 months before we can cover your domain renewal cost for one domain.

Domain renewal payment is free for your domain, on any active Cibigi Showcase or Cibigi for Retail plan you are subscribed to.

Domain Management Period: Twelve (12) months - from the expiry date.

7. License for Cibigi provided software or technology, and services.

Any software or technology we provide to you is licensed, not sold to you the client/member. All updates for software or technology, and services released under and Cibigi™ subscription license, during this subscription is available to you for free.

8. Other Designing and Customization Services.

Although we handle all technical issues for your site, we charge for site designing and content management. Which is invoiced based on your request for site designing and customization.

if you have any technical issues with your site. Cibigi team will fix them after we have migrated your site to Cibigi, so you can start serving your customers.

9. Powered by Cibigi logo.

We will add the Powered by Cibigi services to your eCommerce Sites, Business Sites or Cibigi Showcase online store / website. This lets your site visitors know that you are serious about giving them the best experience and security when they're using your site.
